Automate automation

Accelerate reliable AI agent adoption outside the tech industry.

AI agents get smarter every day, and they’re still only useful in a handful of industries

Put Einstein at the front desk of a kitchen cabinet shop and watch him become the worst employee in history, despite his high IQ.

He’s more than capable of doing that job. He just needs to be shown how.

The people who know the work aren’t the people automating it

The person doing the work knows the ins and outs of the job, and isn’t the one building automations. The person building automations doesn’t understand the job. And the person who understands the job can’t build something reliable.

You cannot automate what you do not understand. So understanding isn’t the run-up to the work. It is the work, and most of it.

Solid automation starts with a solid understanding of the work

Ember captures the work continuously and on its own, as it happens at your business: what goes on across your screens, the documents you work from (digital and paper!), and whatever else you need to know to do the job.

Ember then works out every way the job can go: what a good result looks like, and what to do when it goes wrong. It reports where automating is worth it, where the work is slowest, and what it would save you. Then it builds it for you.

Privacy, security and reliability

Your data, your procedures and the way you work stay yours. What we build has to keep working through difficult situations, and that is not something you can vibe code with surface level understanding.
